     Section I: September 6-October 11     Section II: October 18-November 22

Tuition:    Section I or II: $190 each  -or-   Both Sections I and II: $345

Oils are one of the most versatile of painting mediums and in many ways the easiest to learn. If you have never painted before or want to brush up on your skills, this class will help guide you. The class starts with simple exercises that introduce the techniques of drawing, composition, and color. You will then put those skills together to create a final painting. Demonstrations, group instruction and one-on-one instruction  round out the lessons. Take either segment or both; there are no prerequisites. Taking both sections sequentially offers the richest experience, building on fundamental skills for deeper learning.
